What is an extreme push up bra?

how do you make a homemade elizabeth swann costume??

i want a lot of time to get my measurements and stuff ready so i can wear it for halloween!!! i want to be a pirate girl, but i want it to go along the lines of elizabeth swann. i might not do the typical type though. i was thinking that i will wear a white blouse with the ruffles and whatever, and then either black skinny pants or pirate pants and black calf boots with a small heel so i can walk with it all night…what kind of coat or vest should i wear and should i wear a corset over it or wat??
